Long bio (150 words)

David Holloway is the founder of Perennial Human and author of STUCK: When Survival Becomes Sabotage (2026). He grew up in a high-control religious group, where he learned early to survive by staying small, compliant and unseen. For more than thirty years he led teams and delivered complex construction and property programmes worth hundreds of millions of pounds, and built several businesses. On the outside he looked successful. Inside, he carried a quiet belief that he wasn't good enough. After two divorces, a business collapse and a period of deep personal crisis, he set out to understand why capable people repeat patterns they want to change. That search led him to applied neuroscience, behavioural science and coaching. Today, through his writing, speaking, coaching and the Perennial Human platform, David helps people understand themselves, find their direction and make meaningful progress, with practical tools for the patterns that hold them back.
