Who we are

The Perennial Human Ecosystem is operated by Remarkable PMS Ltd, trading as Perennial Human. Company number 09190535. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Account activity metadata: registration and latest sign-in dates, and counts of recorded feature use such as Compass submissions and check-ins. This is not a general browsing history.
• Check-in data: your responses to morning and evening check-ins, including mood, energy, goals, and reflections.
• Emotion logs: emotional states, intensity, and triggers you record.
• Goals and principles: personal objectives and guiding values you set.
• Coaching profile: optional information about stress patterns, triggers, and support preferences.
• Diagnostic results: your responses to the Pattern Map diagnostic.
• Subscription data: payment and subscription references, subscription status, trial dates, access end dates and cancellation state. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout and are not stored by this app.

Coaching consultations and previous applications

Coaching consultations are booked through Calendly. Information you provide when booking is used to arrange the call and respond to your enquiry. Calendly also processes booking information under its own privacy notice. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information or information about other people. Coaching payments are handled by invoice after the call, outside this website.

The website no longer accepts coaching application forms. If you previously submitted one, David uses the information to respond to your enquiry and manage any coaching arrangements. Handling an enquiry you initiate may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a coaching contract.

We retain previous applications for 12 months after the last contact, unless the person is a current coaching client. We retain their application while they remain a client. When that relationship ends, the 12-month rule applies using the last actual contact date; ending the relationship does not create a new contact date. A Growth Compass subscription alone does not make someone a coaching client.

Coaching marketing requires a separate, optional opt-in. If you opted in through a previous application, we record your permission with its date and the wording agreed to: “Keep me updated about future coaching places and programmes”. Without that opt-in, we send service replies only. Booking a call, submitting an application or buying a subscription does not enrol you in coaching marketing. Consent does not extend the application retention period.

You can use the contact details below to ask about application data or withdraw coaching marketing permission. Withdrawal does not prevent replies needed to handle your enquiry or coaching arrangements. This application retention rule does not apply to your app journals, reports, account, payment records or book fulfilment history, and it is not a promise of immediate removal from every backup. Payments and retained records

Whop, our payment provider, processes checkout and billing information for your Growth Compass subscription. We use payment confirmations to connect access to your app account; we do not send journal entries, reflections or diagnostic report content to our payment provider. Subscription processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. Read Whop's privacy policy for its processing of checkout information.

Your saved records are kept if your subscription ends. Available read-only views and free diagnostics remain accessible. Deletion requests can be sent by email; records that must be retained for legal obligations may be kept as required. For non-urgent questions, email david@perennialhuman.com. How we use your data

• To provide and personalise the app's features, including AI coaching feedback.
• To generate weekly summaries and pattern insights.
• To maintain your account and session.
• For service administration, to send registration alerts and daily account-activity summaries to the operator through Resend. These contain account names, email addresses and activity counts, not private responses, journal text, emotional states or diagnostic report content.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Selected diagnostic, coaching and audio features send the necessary text or audio to configured AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. Their processing terms apply to those requests. Subscription billing does not send your personal reflections or diagnostic report content to our payment provider.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you create an account) and our legitimate interest in providing the service. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. HTTPS protects data in transit, and a secure HTTP-only session cookie identifies your server-side session. Access controls restrict personal records to the authenticated account.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.

Cookies and sessions

The app uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. Our payment provider's separately hosted checkout may use its own cookies and third-party payment services; its privacy and cookie information applies there.

Children

The Perennial Human Ecosystem is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
