1. About the Perennial Human Ecosystem

The Perennial Human Ecosystem ("the app") is a personal growth companion provided by Remarkable PMS Ltd, trading as Perennial Human. Company number 09190535. This inbox isn't monitored for emergencies. It is intended for personal reflection and self-development purposes only. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Life Compass, Pattern Map and the fictional interactive demo remain free. Creating an account does not start a trial or a paid subscription. One 7-day trial per eligible account, started by you. Separate from paid plans. No card is required. The trial does not renew, become a paid subscription or charge you automatically. Creating an account does not start a trial. Select ‘Start my trial’ in Subscription & access. Growth Compass subscriptions: £14.99 a month (billed every 30 days), £34.99 a quarter (billed every 90 days), or £119 a year (billed every 365 days). Billing follows these fixed-day intervals, so renewal dates may move relative to the calendar. Paid subscriptions are not yet available to purchase.

By completing checkout for your Growth Compass subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the selected price and fixed-day interval until you cancel. The plans renew automatically every 30, 90 or 365 days, rather than on calendar-month, quarter or year boundaries. Remarkable PMS Ltd is not VAT registered. Review the final checkout total, including any applicable taxes or fees, before confirming payment. The card-free trial never authorises a payment or automatically converts into a subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund by contacting david@perennialhuman.com. After the first 14 days, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Cancel in the app's Subscription & access page and check the confirmed cancellation status. If you cannot access your account or need a refund or withdrawal request reviewed, use the contact below. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

A failed renewal payment does not extend your access. Your access continues until the paid period end date shown in your account. After that, personal app access becomes read-only unless other active access applies. Free diagnostics remain available.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Your content

Everything you enter into the app — check-ins, goals, journal entries, emotions — belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal content for advertising. Your data is used only to power the app's features, including AI-generated coaching feedback.

5. AI coaching

The AI coaching provided by the app is for reflective support only. It does not constitute professional advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software that make up the Perennial Human Ecosystem and the Perennial Human brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Perennial Human and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The name Perennial Human and associated logos and marks are trademarks of Perennial Human. You may not use, reproduce, or imitate these marks — in whole or in part — without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Use the app's name, branding, or design in any commercial context.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect content from the app.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in your account being terminated and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice within the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
